A comprehensive and thoughtful strategic plan is a key to improvement of centre practice and resources over time. It allows you to clearly identify and communicate priorities for time, money and effort and therefore drive improvement in a systematic and sustainable way. However, many centre leaders tell us that they are not sure what to put in their strategic and annual plans and/or how to go about identifying priorities for the future.
Using the framework of He Pou Taataki the facilitator, who has extensive management experience in the ECE context, will support the drafting of your strategic plan and associated annual plans.
This workshop will:
- provide a structure around which you can build your strategic planning
- help you to identify key priorities for improvement in your centre
- break goals down into achievable annual plans
