In 2020 we started our relationship with InspirED ECE, to support us to lift practice and build teaching capability. Having Bridgit as an external mentor has been highly motivating for our team, giving kaiako a trusted space for open and honest conversations about the areas they find challenging.

Bridgit’s support has been instrumental in strengthening our practice, empowering our kaiako, and helping us provide an even richer learning environment for our tamariki and whānau. We’ve worked with Bridgit and the team at Inspired ECE over the past 10 years. Bridgit is our go-to person when it comes to strengthening social and emotional competence teaching practice in our teams.

Bridgit designs tailor-made PLD sessions for us on specific areas that we are working on, we have found this to be the most effective and efficient way for our team to collectively engage.
