Induction and mentoring system design and support

Face to face consultation (Auckland) – $180 per hour

Email/phone/Zoom consultation – $100 per hour

Drawing on our considerable experience as mentors ourselves,  informed by research and our close relationship with the Teaching Council, we are well-positioned to assist you to review or design an induction and mentoring programme that will provide the best possible start to the teaching careers of the provisionally certificated teachers (PCTs).

Our work will be customised to meet the needs of your service but may include:

• initial consultation and feedback on existing system
• policy and procedure development
• document development
• mentor coaching and skill-building
