There is nothing as certain as change in ECE! Te Ara Poutama, ERO’S new evaluation framework, is a valuable resource designed to assist teachers to identify priorities for improvement and to evaluate practice. 

Work with us, either in a workshop, whole team session or consultancy approach, to make sense of this document and how you can use it to best effect. We will examine its use in the context of strategic/annual planning and internal evaluation so that you can be confident that you are using it as ERO intends it to be used.
