We will support you to identify and make visible the connections between these systems, therefore facilitating strategic development and improvement.

We will work with you to:

• increase your understanding of the purpose, value and benefit of strategic planning, appraisal/professional growth systems and internal evaluation.

• explore ways to align these systems in the context of your centre.

• reflect on and review your current systems, with a view to streamlining them and making meaningful connections between them.

• develop strategies to support teachers’ understanding of and engagement in these systems.
